Wala lang kase yan lang alam ko gamitin online eh. hehe. Seriously, halos lahat ng bangko dito sa Pilipinas ay pede gamitin at ilink sa paypal account mo. Ang kaso ang ibang bank account ay walang debit card feature or walang bank account feature. Kase sa paypal, kailangan mo maverify ang account mo by using a debit card or by using a credit card. Pero sa pag withdraw ng pera sa paypal kailangan mo ng bank account. The good thing is ang eon visa debit card ng unionbank ay bank account at debit card naren in ONE. ( 350 pesos lang )

Karamihan kaseng bank account ay mahal ang charge sa cash out fees. Kada withdraw mo ng funds mo sa paypal account mo merong "fees" yun sa mga personal experience ng mga ibang online earners na nabasa ko sa mga blog nila, ang BDO, Metrobank at BPI ay mas mahal ang chinacharge na fees ng paypal. So in my opinion mas gusto ko dun kung saan ako makaka tipid ng pera. Sa unionbank kase 50 pesos lang ang charge ng paypal kung ang wiwithdrawhin mo sa paypal mo ay less than 7 thousand pesos at pag umabot ng 7 thousand pesos ang wiwithdrawhin mo sa paypal ay libre na ang service fee nila. ( kaya lagi winiwithdraw ko sa paypal pinapaabot ko ng 7 thousand pesos para tipid. )

Bale punta ka lang sa kahit anung unionbank branch at mag dala ka ng kahit anu sa mga requirements na mababasa mo sa ibaba.

To apply for an EON Card you must

1. Make a personal appearance at the UnionBank branch.
2. Submit a fully accomplished EON Cyber Account Application form.
3. Present at least two (2) valid IDs. Please see list below.

• NSO authenticated Marriage Certificate
• Original & unexpired National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance
• Police Clearance
• Digitized Voter’s ID
• Philhealth card
• Office of Senior Citizen Affairs (OSCA) / Senior Citizen card
• ACR Identity Card (I-Card)
• Consular ID
• Barangay certification
• Philippine Overseas Employment Association (POEA) / Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) Card
• OFW ID
• Seaman’s Book
• Government office ID (e.g., Armed Forces of the Philippines, Home Development Mutual Fund [HDMF] IDs)
• Certification from the National Council for the Welfare of Disabled Persons (NCWDP)
• Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Certification
• PRA Special Resident Retiree Visa (SRRV) ID
• Other valid IDs issued by the Government and its instrumentalities

4. Submit a photocopy of the two (2) valid IDs you will present. Please note that the branch may require other documents and information such as your Tax Identification Number (TIN) and SSS Number so please have this ready.
5. Pay P350 for your first year annual fee.
6. Bring your initial deposit (not required but recommended) so that you can start using your EON account.
